New categories are entered into Effie Awards Ukraine

Effie Awards Ukraine as a part of Effie Global always develops and wishes to be up to standard of market.


 

For this reason new categories are appearing in competition every year. New Effie categories focus on effective marketing communications.

Organizing Committee has decided to add seven new categories after partners meeting of Effie Global in Brussels, 2013.

Category "Health&Beauty" is divided.  Many countries, including Ukraine, have special requirements and restrictions in advertising of medicines, medical equipment, methods of prevention and diagnosis, etc. So, category "Нealthcare" includes only medical cases. And category "Personal Care & beauty" will be dedicated to goods and services for the beauty and personal care.

Adding a new category as «Most effective use of social media marketing» is in order. Because, Grand-Prix Winner of Effie Awards Ukraine 2011 was Aimbulance agency. They entered campaign about activation in SMM.  At that time this work has been added in the category "Retail & public services"
