Entrant Registration Fee*

The entrant in the competition program is a company (agency or client) that has directly submitted an entry through the online entry registration portal.

Deadlines & Fees

Entry fees by deadline are indicated for the submission of one entry in one category.
All prices do not include VAT.

Attention!  By uploading entry to the entry portal, entrants undertake to pay entry fees. All submitted entries will be judged, and the payment of fees will be due.

The date of submitting of final entry version will be fixed by Organizing committee. According to particular deadline Organizing committee provides the invoice for payment.

Discounts for members of All-Ukrainian Advertising Coalition

• 20% - for actual members 
• 5% - for associated members 

New entrant discount

• If your agency (not client) has never submitted work in competition before as the lead/entering company, your company is eligible for a 4000 UAH discount on first 3 entries you submit. 
• If your agency has not submitted work in 2023, 2024, or 2025 competitions as the lead/entering company, your company is eligible for a 4000 UAH discount on first 3 entries you submit. 
• If your company has never submitted any campaigns in competition before as the entering client, your company is eligible for a 4000 UAH discount on first 3 entries you submit.

HOW TO PAY

The participation fee must be paid by October 15, 2026. An invoice for the participation fee will be sent within 3 business days to the contact person indicated in the participant’s registration form.
